My mom ran with me when she was pregnant with me and so I must've caught the bug! I've been running with Racecats for a couple years now and I really like it. I'm getting pretty fast too. I need to work on consistent running, because I have big dreams, but kind of want to get there without working for it! (my mom might be typing this for me...and if I discovered she told everyone my name was Fartlek I might dis-own her!)

I'm in 3rd grade this year and training with Racecats Elite program. If you are in elementary or middle school, you should join us!

Ran the Blackridge trail with Herriman Racecats elite. Ran all the uphill with no problem near the front of the group. Mom chased me on the downhill and passed me at the finish, but I led the full mile+ downhill!

I liked it a lot and it was a nice and easy jog, but kind of fast. The last quarter, my mom beat me!

Hey there Baby Fartlek! You're a speedy one! Good job! I've known you before you were born, "baby on-board" Adam! :)
